My mission

My goal is to help parents regain their energy and peace of mind so they can face the challenges of parenting with strength and confidence.

At the same time, I want to give children the tools to fulfill their natural need for sleep. A well-rested child is a happy child—ready to explore the world with curiosity and enthusiasm.

With me, you will find understanding and sensitivity. I, too, was a sleep-deprived mom who thought my child’s sleep was impossible to manage. I know what it’s like to face sleepless nights, and every consultation reminds me how challenging this phase can be.

When I became a mother, I thought sleep was a natural need that children would fulfill on their own.


I spent months wondering why I couldn’t “make” my child sleep. This constant search, combined with sleep deprivation, turned me into someone I no longer recognized. The common narrative of “this is normal, babies are just like that” felt suffocating because it forced me to ignore my needs—and my child’s needs.


I was convinced there had to be another way to approach parenting. Chronic exhaustion shouldn't be normalized.
 So I reached out for help. I found it. And I started sleeping again—enjoying motherhood again.


This experience impacted me so deeply that I decided to dedicate myself to helping other families navigate parenting in a more rested, peaceful, and mindful way.
Every parent deserves to feel good, and every child has the right to sleep well so they can grow and explore the world with curiosity.


I live in Brussels and offer consultations in person and online in Italian, English, French, and Spanish.

The Sleep Sense™ method is highly personalized and free from rigid philosophies, focusing on truly listening to families and identifying their unique needs. I never stop learning and strongly believe in continuous education to tackle infant sleep challenges with expertise and knowledge. I also collaborate with a network of specialized professionals in lactation, nutrition, and psychology to provide my clients with a well-rounded, comprehensive service.

I’m Lucia, a certified Sleep Sense™ pediatric sleep consultant.
 I support families by studying their children’s sleep habits and helping them achieve restful, restorative sleep for the whole family.

MY APPROACH

  • Listening to the family’s needs: I take the time to understand the specific challenges parents and children are facing, such as difficulties falling asleep, frequent night wakings, or routines that don’t work for the family.
     

  • Assessing sleep-influencing factors: I take a holistic approach, considering aspects such as nutrition, daily routines, sleep environment, and the child’s behavior.Adopting a holistic approach also means that I can rely on a network of professionals specializing in their respective fields. I consult with experts such as a nutritionist, a lactation consultant, a psychologist, etc., to provide families with 360° support and help them address every aspect that influences their little ones' sleep.
     

  • Developing a tailored plan: I create a customized program that considers the child’s unique needs and the family’s goals, offering practical strategies to improve sleep quality.
     

  • Providing ongoing support: I guide parents throughout the process, answering their questions, offering encouragement, and adjusting the plan if necessary to ensure lasting results.
